Gen II Fund Services (Gen II) has launched E-Subdocs, a new digital offering that automates the private fund subscription process.
Through this service release, private fund administration specialist Gen II aims to improve the investor experience and provide private equity fund managers with real-time information on their fundraising.
Powered by technology company Anduin, E-Subdocs will streamline fund subscriptions and replace the traditionally time-intensive and error-prone paper-based subscription process.
The E-Subdocs solution houses a digital subscription form with document management and tracking software to provide immediate visibility into investor activity and fundraising analytics for private equity fund managers.
